Sponge cake "omelette" tower with lemon cream // Wie偶a omletowa z kremem cytrynowym

Basically the cake called "omelette" should look like this:

But you don't have to do everything with the same way - the sponge omelettes you can use as a layers to make this nice looking cake. So lets go creative!

To bake my omelettes I use this the basic sponge cake recipe reducing ingredients of half. On the baking paper make the round shapes about 10-15 cm diameter and bake it no longer than 7-8 minutes. If you want to make folded-up "omelettes" you must fold them immediately after baking as they're still hot and flexible. If they hardened you cannot fold them anymore so then you can make omelette tower 馃槈

Cream ingredients:
2 egg yolks
2 tbs of sugar
1 tsp of grated lemon zest
1/2 lemon juice
1 vanilla bean
250 ml of mascarpone cheese
200 g fresh raspberries
1-2 tbsp icing sugar for sprinkle
To scrape the seeds from vanilla bean you must cut it along and peel the two sides of vanilla bean outward with the side of the blade.

Method:
Whisk yolks with sugar until smooth, add vanilla, lemon zest and then gradually add mascarpone cheese. When all ingredients are combined, add the juice from a half of lemon and mix all together.
Layer the omelettes and cream one by one, add some raspberries and top everything with sprinkle of icing sugar.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
W zasadzie omlet powinien wygl膮da膰 jak na pierwszym zdj臋ciu. Ale czy musimy wszystko robi膰 zawsze tak samo? B膮d藕my kreatywni!
Je艣li stwardniej膮, pozostaje Ci zrobi膰 z nich omletow膮 wie偶臋 馃槈

Sk艂adniki kremu:
2 偶贸艂tka
2 艂y偶ki cukru
1 艂y偶eczka startej sk贸rki cytrynowej
sok z po艂owy cytryny
1 laska wanilii
250 ml mascarpone
200 g 艣wie偶ych malin
cukier puder do dekoracji
呕eby uzyska膰 same nasionka z laski wanilii, nale偶y naci膮膰 j膮 wzd艂u偶 ostrym no偶em i wyskroba膰 ze 艣rodka nasionka za pomoc膮 t臋pej strony no偶a.

Metoda wykonania:

Tiramisu - the cake you don't need to bake

Tiramisu is a traditional Italian dessert made from ladyfingers soaked in strong coffee, layered with mascarpone, eggs and amaretto mixture. There is many adaptations of this dessert like a strawberry or cocoa Tiramisu but today I would like to introduce my favourite recipe - traditional tiramisu.

Ingredients:
2 pack of ladyfingers (sponge fingers)
2 x 250 g of mascarpone cheese
4 egg yolks
2 tbsp of sugar
50 ml amaretto or 1 tsp of amaretto flavour
200 - 250 ml strong coffee (like espresso)
1 tbsp of cocoa to sprinkle

Method:
Whisk yolks with sugar until smooth, add amaretto, then slowly add mascarpone and mix until combined. Prepare square or rectangular dish and place on it's bottom the first layer of ladyfingers tightly side by side. Soak them with coffee and cover with the cream. Put another layer of ladyfingers, repeat all again and again. The last layer must be a cream. Top your dessert with cocoa using a small sieve. Put your dish to the fridge and leave it for a couple of hours, let all ingredients to merge each other.

Tiramisu to tradycyjny w艂oski deser zrobiony z paluszk贸w biszkoptowych umoczonych w mocnej kawie i przek艂adanych warstwami z kremem zrobionym z mascarpone, jajek i amaretto. 50 ml amaretto lub kilka kropel aromatu arakowego
200 - 250 ml mocnej kawy (jak espresso)
1 艂y偶ka kakao do posypania

Spos贸b wykonania:

Przygotuj kwadratowe lub prostok膮tne naczynie i u艂贸偶 pierwsz膮 warstw臋 biszkopt贸w, nas膮cz je kaw膮 za pomoc膮 艂y偶ki, nast臋pnie po艂贸偶 warstw臋 kremu, powt贸rz wszystko a偶 do wyczerpania biszkopt贸w, pozostawiaj膮c krem do pokrycia wszystkiego na wierzchu. Posyp gotowy deser kakao, u偶ywaj膮c ma艂ego sitka. W艂贸偶 naczynie na kilka godzin do lod贸wki i pozw贸l, by si臋 wszystko nas膮czy艂o.
