Black Forest Gateau in marcepan, made from chocolate cake leftovers



  • chocolate cake leftovers (just about 300-400g) crumbled 
  • can of red cherries fruit filling
  • 1 melted chocolate 
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter. 
  • All ingredients were mixed in the bowl. The ready to roll marzipan I rolled with rolling pin and i wrapped all prepared mix in marzipan sheet. I left it for about an hour to chill in the fridge. After that I cut portions 2cm thick and I decorated them with icing sugar, using piping bag.
